Mio Nakahara Exhibition - Expression of frailty and memories

We are pleased to introduce "Mio Nakahara Exhibition." Ms. Nakahara won the Showakai Award at the Showakai Exhibition in 2013 and has trained as a member of the Dokuritsu Bijutsu Kyokai, becoming the most remarkable artist with the proved skills with the recent experiences of winning the Grand Prizes at the Memorial of AOKI SHIGERU Art Biennale and the International art exhibition in Makurazaki.
Although her works are made realistic by the mixing technique with acryl and oil paint, her precise descriptive ability, rich painting style with thorough details and skillfulness of structures create deluding attraction as if the viewers were led to surrealistic and airy-fairy world.
This exhibition's subtitle is "Expression of frailty and memories," meaning expression of the artist's feeling of awe for lives with the motifs of fruit and plants. Please enjoy approximately 30 pieces from large to small.
