"Yoichiro Toshijima Exhibition ~ Seeking Water and Light ~"

We are pleased to introduce "Yoichiro Toshijima Exhibition." Although we have prepared this exhibition to originally hold last early summer, as you know, we could not hold it due to announcement of the declaration of state of emergency along with epidemic of Covid-19 and had to postpone it by one year. It is the longed-for large solo show.

Mr. Toshijima has stayed in many places in Europe since he won the Showakai Award at the Showakai Exhibition in 1997, continued to collect information and sought beauty by "water and light." His production style is that of realists, and he describes nature and landscape of cities changing from one moment to another delicately and freely. He will show not only rich landscapes but also the hope for bright future to those who view his new works filled with light. Please enjoy his approximately 50 elaborate works from large pieces to small.
